“Perfect” iTunes Equalizer Music Setting

If you want to have a good playback for the songs you download or play in iTunes music player, try this Perfect iTunes equalizer setting, it gives a nice beat to the songs you listen.
I saw this setting in the web, everyone seem to be using this setting in iTunes. Before this I just use to have the default setting, the songs seemed to be fine but still didn’t have the digital quality one craves for. Since, then I tried this new iTunes setting, it works great. To check it yourself try this “Perfect” iTunes equalizer setting as shown below and try listening to the music again, you will find it very different.

"Perfect" iTunes Equalizer Setting.

How to set this Equalizer Setting?

1. Open your iTunes Player
2. Go to “View” and click “Show Equalizer”
3. You will see a screen as above.
4. Scroll the Equalizer profile name and click “Make Preset” and name this Preset as “Perfect”
5. Change the Decibel values to the following instead of the standard “0” db:

+3, +6, +9, +7, +6, +5, +7, +9, +11, +8 db

Now start playing the songs with the above setting, you will hear a different tune a much better one than the default setting at the iTunes. Let me know how it works or if you have any questions.

Thats the biggest load of bollocks. Each setting should be done by ear to perfection depending on the monitors the sound is coming from i.e the best monitors in the world might sound good with this.. but your average pair of cheapo speakers will only enhance the bass - mid ranges etc

For me I first switch on the enhancer in the preferences to the max and for the equalizer I just make it a smooth 100%->50%->75% across and it sounds great already.

I will also edit the equalizer for the realtek drivers to a similar configuration.

I think what's most important is the speakers itself though.

Thanks Jun, I set them as above, the sound was great, now I am used to it, so can't tell the difference. I have Bose speakers.
