Google Maps Adds "What's Here" Feature

When you are planning for a trip or visiting a new place and want to see what other important spots are there, Google Maps has added a new feature called "What's here?".

By clicking the "What's here?" one can find important businesses, areas around that particular place.

To see how it works, click this link and right click your mouse and click "What's here?" as shown below:

It will pinpoint other spots near that area. It will also add some important businesses in the left hand side for you to explore.

If you zoom out, you will see other important geographical spots around the area you are searching.

E.g. Galapagos Archipelago - You will see, Isla Fernandina, Isla Isabela, Isla Marchena, and Isla Guy Fawkes, around this area

This feature technically is also called as "reverse geocoding".
