Sell items in your blog with Google Checkout Gadget


I just added my Google Checkout Store gadget in my blog, it took me a while to fix it but it worked in the end. To make it easy for you, follow these steps.

Step 1: Set up your Google Checkout Merchant Account

• You can sign up free if you don't have a merchant account in Google here. Note down the merchant ID.
  
• If you have already a merchant account, you can find the ID here.
  
• Go to this link to enable unsigned carts. Uncheck the box that says "My company will only post digitally signed carts".
  

Step 2: Add your product lists in a Google Spreadsheet

• It is tough to start from scratch, so start from the Google template spreadsheet here and edit the spreadsheet by adding your products, shipping options and product options etc. It is very easy, start with one and see how it works before you can add more.
  
• Once you open the Google Spreadsheet, it will prompt whether you like to make a copy, click "yes, make a copy" and save the file under a different name.
• There are two options available shipping and product options. Follow these examples: By including an optional column named 'shipping', merchants can specify shipping charges per product. For each product, specify a numeric value to represent the shipping price per item. To specify free shipping for an item, enter a 0 for that item's shipping value. By including two optional columns, 'option' and 'option_name', merchants can specify options for their products. The values for the 'option' column should be in the format of a comma-separated list of product options. For example, the options for a T-shirt could be S, M, L, XL. If values are present in the 'option' column, they will be displayed as a select box above the Add to cart button in the Google Checkout store gadget. The 'option_name' column, if present, specifies a label for the select box, such as 'Size:'.
• Once you edit the spreadsheet, click save and then click on "Share".
• Select "Publish as a web page" from the drop down menu in "Share".
• Click the "Start Publishing" button and save the link address (URL), which you will need it later.

Step 3: Embed Google Checkout Store Gadget in Blog.

• Go to blogger.com
  
• Go to "Edit Layout" section in your blog.
• Click "Add a Gadget"
• And click "Add Your Own" at the left-hand side of the window.
• Choose the URL for your gadget and click "Add by URL". You can choose from the three store options "Large", "Small" and "Tiny". Small and Tiny options are OK for the blogs. To choose a Large store, use this URL: http://checkout.google.com/seller/gsg/beta2/large-store.xml. To choose Small Store, use http://checkout.google.com/seller/gsg/beta2/small-store.xml. To choose a Tiny Store, use http://checkout.google.com/seller/gsg/beta2/tiny-store.xml. The windows chosen will have the following sizes: Large: 800x400, Small: 320x300 and Tiny: 215x250.
• Once you choose the URL, copy that URL and click "Add by URL"
• Now you can enter the name of the store in "Title".
• Enter the Data Source URL from Step 2 (your spreadsheet URL)
• Enter your Google Merchant ID from Step 1
• Click Save

Your Google Checkout store gadget is ready to go. An example is given in this blog.

Send Email from another address without "on behalf of"

Gmail before used "On behalf of".


Gmail now without "on behalf of".

Previously, Gmail allowed us to grab emails from other addresses but didn't allow us to send email replies from those addresses without "on behalf of" Gmail address name.

For example if you forwarded emails from customaddress@mydomain.com to your Gmail account, username@gmail.com, you could only reply with the following “From username@gmail.com On Behalf Of customaddress@mydomain.com. Gmail did this to follow the mail protocol and help prevent your mail being sent to junk mail box.

It didn't look professional, but now Gmail allows us the option not only to receive email from other addresses but also reply from the same addresses.

How to send email from another address without "on behalf of"?

1. Go to “Settings” in your Gmail account and click “Accounts” tab
2. Click “edit info” of the email address you want without “on behalf of” in it.
3. Click “Next Step”
4. There are two options, “Send through Gmail (easier to set up)” (which is the default option) and “Send through mydomain.com SMTP servers (recommended for professional domains
5. Choose the second option
6. Choose the port your “mydomain.com” uses for SMTP and enter your password and click “Save Changes”
7. From thereon you can send emails from other email addresses directly within your Gmail account

I forward all of my hotmail emails to Gmail and it makes it easier to reply within Gmail this way instead of logging on to hotmail account and replying them.

If you are using your domain account in Google Apps, you can also do this above method to send mail as another address within your domain according to Gmail Blog.

I use Gmail for both personal and my domain accounts, it helps to manage emails very effectively.

This is a great test example how music owners can work with YouTube and generate money for their work. The JK Wedding Entrance video helped Chris Brown's Forever, a one-year old song into the top ten charts in iTunes and in Amazon.



The music owners could have taken this video down easily for using their copyrighted song but didn't made a sizable profit from it.

Share Your Business Card in iPhone With 'My Name Is E' App

"My Name is E" or "E" is a new type of virtual business card that you can share it online. A business card can have only so much information but this "E" can store not only your basic information but also your "Facebook", "LinkedIn", "Twitter", "Delicious" and other social networks.

This application can be used in any type of mobile phones but if you don't have a mobile phone they also have a USB connector which lets you share your business card with others.

Unlike a business card, when you share your "E" business card, your friends can get added to your "Twitter", "Facebook" networks easily. With iPhones with just a flick of your wrist you can share your E card with other iPhones or iPod Touch devices and also with other types of mobile phones.



The USB connector will be released soon for those who want to use it without a mobile phone.

The E Card application will work with the following mobile phone types: iPhone, Blackberry, Android phone, Windows Mobile phone, Nokia and Palm phones. I used a similar application in Palm smartphones. They used to transmit the business card (they call it V card) via their infrared sensor but only worked with other Palm devices.

Green Tips – Reuse Envelopes in Junk Mail

You must be receiving tons of junk mail like me. I usually recycle them after removing the sensitive information from the mail.

Recycling junk mail is good but I found out there is a slightly better way than this approach.

The junk mails I receive are usually magazine renewal requests, credit card applications, and others. They usually send an empty envelope in those mails. Instead of recycling them, you can reuse those envelopes with slight changes

We can cross out the return address or company name in the envelope and put the address we are mailing the envelope to.

For example I use these envelopes to send rent to my landlord, deposit checks in the banks and use it for other purposes. Reusing envelopes are better than recycling, at least it will save a few trees and reduced recycling costs.

Track Sex Offenders with Offender Locator iPhone App

The "Offender Locator" application for iPhone is an application for parents and others to monitor whether any sexual offenders are located near their area.

ThinAir Wireless has developed this application for iPhone for $0.99.



The Offender Locator uses the built-in GPS function in iPhone to locate the user and maps out the sex offenders in that area. If there are any sex offenders, it will show pins in the map. When you tap on one of the pins, it will show the photo of the offender, their address, date of birth and list of convictions.



You can also find the list of sex offenders by clicking any of the addresses in your iPhone address book or you can enter an address to find the sex offenders in that area.



According to Telegraph newspaper there are about 50,000 registered sex offenders in the United States. For now the application will work only in the U.S.

ThinAir Wireless in their application page in iTunes said the following:

"Offender Locator gives everyone the ability to find out if registered sex offenders live in their area...Knowledge equals safety. They know where you and your family are...now it's time to turn the tables so that you know where they live and can make better decisions about where to allow your kids to play."

The developer said the available data in the application may not be fully updated. So they should also check with the local crime enforcement agencies for up-to-date information.

I read a comment recently about WD-40 in Digg.com, it said the following:

"If it moves and you don't want it to move then use a duct-tape,
If it doesn't move and you want it to move then use a WD-40".

With these two things, duct-tape and WD-40 you can solve thousands of household problems without they becoming a costly affair. And the WD-40 alone has more than 2,000 household uses according to its manufacturer.

What is WD-40?

WD-40 is the trademark name of a water-displacing spray widely available in a variety of retail outlets. Developed in 1953 by Norm Larsen, founder of the Rocket Chemical Company, San Diego, California. It was originally designed to repel water and prevent corrosion, and later was found to have numerous household uses. Wikipedia.

It is made up of the following:

* 50%: Stoddard solvent (i.e., mineral spirits -- primarily hexane, somewhat similar to kerosene)
* 25%: Liquefied petroleum gas (presumably as a propellant; carbon dioxide is now used instead to reduce WD-40's considerable flammability)
* 15+%: Mineral oil (light lubricating oil)
* 10-%: Inert ingredients

The product was originally used to rust-proof the missiles but later employees of the factory producing WD-40 found diverse use of this product so they took cans of it to their homes. Because of this later it was introduced and marketed widely for home and industrial uses.

How To Recycle DVDs And CDs?

Before I used to dump used CDs and DVDs in trash, but that is not the right way of disposing it.

The CDs and DVDs contain polycarbonate plastic (made from crude oil), lacquers, aluminum and tiny amounts of gold. These don't break easily; they remain in landfills for years and years and sometimes seep into our drinking water. And if you try to dispose them by burning CDs and DVDs it releases toxic fumes, no one wants that either.

Luckily for us, there are number of recycling centers across the nation, which accepts mailing CDs and DVDs to them for free.

If you have data disks to dispose off, cut them off into pieces before mailing them out to recycling centers. They don't mind even if the CDs or DVDs are not operable.

Gmail Makes Unsubscribing From Newsletters Or Mailing Lists Easy

When you click the spam button, Gmail pops out a dialog and asks you whether you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter also. This is a good feature once you realize you are getting too many newsletters.

I don't see this option yet, but Gmail blog said they will release this feature soon.

Official Gmail Blog: Unsubscribing made easy: "So we just launched something that makes this all work better, both for Gmail users and big email senders. Now, when you report spam on a legitimate newsletter or mailing list, we'll help you unsubscribe. After clicking report spam, you'll see a little dialog like this:


Clicking 'Unsubscribe' will automatically send a request back to the sender so they'll stop emailing you."

This only works for some senders right now. We're actively encouraging senders to support auto-unsubscribe — we think 100% should. We won't provide the unsubscribe option on messages from spammers: we can't trust that they'll actually unsubscribe you, and they might even send you more spam. So you'll only see the unsubscribe option for senders that we're pretty sure are not spammers and will actually honor your unsubscribe request. We're being pretty conservative about which senders to trust in the beginning; over time, we hope to offer the ability to unsubscribe from more email.

Barnes & Noble Launches World's Largest eBook Shop Rivaling Amazon Kindle Store

Amazon Kindle has a head start as far as eBooks are concerned, but Barnes & Noble has launched a competing store that offers more versatility than Amazon's. Whereas Amazon's eBooks can be viewed only in their Kindle devices, Barnes and Noble's eBooks can be viewed in your desktop (PC and Mac), iPhone and other Smartphones with their free eBook reader, eReader.

I used to read eBooks from eReader in Palm devices before, they worked great. The software occupies less space and their eBooks are even better compared to PDF, Microsoft Reader formats.

Barnes & Noble already has more than 700,000 eBooks available with most prices less than $9.99. Amazon has more than 300,000 title for their Kindle Reader, which also costs $299 and higher. Barnes & Noble's eReader is free for everyone. William Lynch, president of the book giant's website BN.com told AFP:

"We want to make eBooks simple, accessible, affordable and convenient for everyone,"

"Today marks the first phase of our digital strategy, which is rooted in the belief that readers should have access to the books in their digital library from any device, from anywhere, at any time."

You can download the eReader from this link. Along with this download Barnes & Noble provides free eBooks. This eReader will work with iPod Touch, iPhone, BlackBerry, Palm Pre, Palm Treo Smartphones and desktops.

Amazon's eBooks can be read in iPhones with their free Amazon App in iTunes, but you need to purchase Amazon Kindle first.

Barnes & Noble also is planning to launch new eBook versions via Plastic Logic.

Sony also has their own eReader devices and eBooks store here. You can also read more than 500,000 eBooks from Google for free (from public domain) on your desktop with their Sony eBook Library Software here.

It is a healthy competition good for book lovers.

Gmail Now Displays Images In Messages From Your Contacts

Previously, we have to click the link above the email message "always display images from ..." to see the images, now Gmail automatically displays the images once you have sent a few messages back and forth with your contacts. This is a minor addition from Gmail but a very useful future.

"...we've decided to start displaying images by default. Now, whenever someone you've emailed at least twice sends you a message containing images, you'll see them right away. Note that we picked this threshold of two messages to start with, but we may tweak it if it doesn't seem right going forward. And we only display images by default for authenticated messages (using SPF or DKIM). Gmail and other big mail providers usually authenticate their mail, but other services might not, so it's possible you'll get an email from one of your contacts where images aren't displayed by default."

Google Health was launched last year. It allows us to document our medical history online and share it with doctors. Instead of having records scattered all around our home, it is better to document them and show it to doctors to give us the correct diagnosis.

15 Second Search Tips: Search Smart With Google Part I

We can make our Google search more productive, faster and efficient with the following tips. Instead of browsing three of four pages, we can find results faster with the following methods.

1.) Track Packages:



Copy and paste the tracking number you receive from the seller in Google, it will provide direct links to FedEx, UPS or USPS. If you use Gmail, when you receive a tracking number from your seller, Google will also provide the tracking link on the right hand side, so you can click it to see the current status.


2.) Stock Quotes:




To see a quick snapshot of your favorite stock, just type the ticker symbol such as (GOOG, MSFT, AAPL) in Google search, Google will provide the most important information in the main page. You can click the main ticker symbol link to get additional financial details.

3. Calculator:



Suppose you don't have a calculator nearby, you can use Google search for simple mathematical functions. Google's built-in calculator is able to perform these tasks. For example suppose you want to see the square of 189, enter square of 189, Google will put the results. Also, instead of asking the question "What is the square of 189?" in Google, just add "square of 189" and Google will find the answer. For advanced mathematical functions try Wolfram Alpha, where they have the excellent Mathematica program.

4. Public Data:



If you are trying to find public data, Google provides an excellent alternative. Suppose you are searching for population in Massachusetts, type "Population Massachusetts" instead of "What is the population of Massachusetts". The later one will take you to pages that pose this question rather than getting you the answer. I always try to put them in answer form with missing words and make Google fill in the blanks.

5. Real Estate And Housing:



Type the area and homes in Google search it will provide detailed home listings in your area. Also, search in Google maps, you can find where the houses are located, so you can check the neighborhood, where the schools, hospitals and shopping centers are nearby.

6. Area Codes:



To check quickly where the call is originating from, enter the area code in Google search, you will find the place of origin. Since many people take their phone numbers wherever they go, sometimes you may not get the right answer.

7. Currency Conversion:



Thanks to Google's built-in currency converter, we can find quick currency conversions. For example if you are trying to convert dollars into Euros, then type "10 dollars in Euros" in Google search rather than "what is 10 dollars in Euros?".

8. Local Businesses:



If you are trying to find the local ethnic restaurants near your area, just type the city name and type of food, you will get the list with map information and phone numbers of businesses. E.g. "Thai Boston"

Google To Newspapers: 'You Don't Like It Then Opt Out Of Our Search'

Google has responded splendidly to the newspaper industry whiners. It says to newspapers simply add a few lines of codes, Google won't index you.

"Last week, a group of newspaper and magazine publishers signed a declaration stating that 'Universal access to websites does not necessarily mean access at no cost,' and that they 'no longer wish to be forced to give away property without having granted permission.'

We agree, and that's how things stand today. The truth is that news publishers, like all other content owners, are in complete control when it comes not only to what content they make available on the web, but also who can access it and at what price. This is the very backbone of the web -- there are many confidential company web sites, university databases, and private files of individuals that cannot be accessed through search engines. If they could, the web would be much less useful."

Newspapers needs viewers for its advertisers, if they don't know how to use Google's influence then it will be their fault. Instead of newspapers, there will be Huffington Post, Daily Kos, Think Progress, and others.

Add Background Image, World Clock And More In Google Calendar Labs

Just like the Gmail Labs, Google Calendar also has introduced Labs. With this new "Labs" feature, we now can add background images to calendars, attach Google Docs with shared events, know when our next event will be etc.

To enable these features and more, click the "Labs" icon in your Google Calendar page and enable the features you like and click save.

The new features found in Labs are the following:

1. Background image: Brighten your day with a background image in your calendar. After you enable this feature, you'll find background image options on the General Settings page.
2. Attach Google Docs: Attach a Google Docs word processing document, spreadsheet or presentation to your event.
3. World Clock: Keep track of the time around the world. Plus: when you click an event, you'll see the start time in each time zone as well.
4. Free or Busy: See which of your friends are free or busy right now
5. Jump to date: Quickly navigate to dates in the distant future or past (actual time travel not yet supported).
6. Next Meeting: See what's coming up next in your calendar

Once you enable the above features, it will appear as lists next to your Calendar.


How to add background image to Calendar?

1. Go to Labs and choose "enable" in "Background image".
2. Click the "Save" button
3. Click "Settings" and scroll down to "Calendar background" and enter the URL of the image
4. You can choose the image display size to either one of the following: "Centered", "scaled to fit" or "tiled".
5. Click the "Save" button.

Other labs features are straight forward.

Google said they will be adding more lab features in the future.

Eliminate Multiple Shopping Cards With CardStar In iPhone

If you live in the US, Canada or UK, you might be using a number of shopping plastic cards attached to your keychain making it bulkier. Now there is a simple solution for iPhone (or iPod Touch) users, you can use CardStar which stores all of your shopping card information in one program.

Once you input the shopping card information, CardStar generates a barcode in iPhone, which then you can use it to scan directly on shopping scanners. As seen in the picture below, the CardStar generates the shopping card barcode in iPhone, which you can scan it directly on most merchants' scanners.

CardStar is a free application for now, but later they plan to sell it for $0.99, which is still a reasonable price.

Gmail Improves Task Management Feature

Previously Tasks feature was available as a Gmail Labs feature, now Gmail incorporates it in the main inbox.

Now the "Tasks" appears just below the Contacts in Gmail.

Gmail blog made the following announcement:

Our little baby's all grown up...We launched Gmail Labs as a forum for delivering useful (and maybe not so useful) features that might not be quite ready for prime time. The idea was always that the most popular and viable Labs features would graduate and be made more readily available to all users...and that some of the less used, less viable ones would disappear forever.

I'm proud to announce that Tasks is in that first bucket - it's been one of the most popular experimental Gmail features and it's now the first graduate from Labs.

To access Tasks, starting today you can just click "Tasks" under the "Contacts" link above your chat list (no need to turn it on from the Labs tab anymore). It is removed from the Labs page.

I saw some features in Tasks in the Google video shown below that looks like it has been recently added. They are the following:

1. Add Emails to Tasks: We can add emails to tasks by selecting the email and clicking "More Actions" and choosing "Add To Tasks". This will help us to add important mails to tasks.
2. Print Tasks: If you have a long list, say "Grocery items" in Tasks, we can print it easily from Tasks before we shop. To do this, click Tasks --> click Actions --> Choose "Print Task list". The print list will come in handy.
3. Synchronize Tasks with Calendar: When we add Tasks in Gmail, it synchronizes automatically with Google Calendar. If we make modifications in Google Calendar it changes the data in Gmail Tasks also without further editing in Gmail. This synchronization also updates in iGoogle and in your Google account in iPhone (mobile phones).

Avoid eBay and PayPal Scam Emails With Gmail Labs Authentication Icon Feature

We receive email messages from eBay and PayPal, some genuine and others spam. The spam emails look authentic but when you click the links in the emails it takes you to other sites instead of the main eBay and PayPal sites.

Gmail does a good job by recognizing the genuine from the rest and sends the spam messages directly to junk mail. Last year, it began to sort out the real emails by recognizing the "From" header, if the emails didn't originate from either ebay.com or paypal.com, it blocked the emails from the inbox.

Now it has added a new Gmail Labs feature to make the emails look more authentic by inserting a secure key icon next to the email name of the sender as shown below:



Google explained in its blog how it screens the incoming emails.

"Super-trustworthy" is a technical term I just invented that means: (1) the sender, usually a financial institution, is a target of phishers, (2) all of the sender's email is authenticated with DKIM, and (3) Gmail rejects any fake messages that claim to come from this sender, but actually don't.

How to enable this "Authentication icon for verified senders" feature?

1. Go to "Labs" in your email "Settings"
2. Go to "Authentication icon for verified senders" and choose "enable"
3. Click "Save Changes" button

After you do the above steps you will see the secure key icon next to original eBay and PayPal email messages. When you mouse over the secure key icon it will say "This message has been verified as coming from the sender".

Thus we can differentiate the real from the spam eBay and PayPal emails.

For now this feature will work only for eBay and PayPal sites. Hopefully Gmail will add other secure sites as well.

Translate Any Computer File With Google Translate

Online translating websites allow translation with only typed or copied text materials and HTML links. Google Translate goes one step further by allowing us to translate documents stored in computers.

How to translate computer files with Google Translate?

1. Go to Google Translate
   
2. Click "upload a document"
3. Choose the language you want the document to be translated to
4. Click "translate" button.

Google Translate converts the documents to HTML first and then translates it. The translated document appears as a HTML document and doesn't preserve the layout or images according to Google Operating System.

Google allows translation in 42 languages as shown in the above picture.

What types of documents we can upload?

1. The Word documents
2. PowerPoint presentations
3. PDF files
4. HTML
5. Text files

This covers most of the documents we use.

Google however doesn't allow us to save or upload the translated document. I hope the future versions will have this option and also preserve the document format if possible.

Plan Your Travel With Improved Google Search Results

When you search for a specific location in Google, you will now find a map with photos next to it. You can click any of the photos to see where they are located in Google Maps. Besides this photo, you will find 100s of photos of nearby locations in Google Maps. This helps you better prepare for your travel to that location.

"Now, when you search for locations using Google Search, you may see pictures from that place alongside a map. You can click on any of those images to go to the photos layer on Google Maps where you can browse many more geo-tagged photos."

Here is an example, Yellowstone National Park. Click any of the photos to see their locations in Google Maps. Also you can click the "More" tab in Google Maps and select the options to see "videos", "Wikipedia" articles and webcams in that area.

Find Creative Commons Images With Google Image Search

Google has added a much needed feature for bloggers and websites, finding "Creative Commons" images. We can now easily find images that can be added for free, share, use and modify the image depending upon the person sharing those images.


How to get Creative Common Images from Google?

1. First visit "Google Image Search"
2. Click "Advanced Image Search" link next to the search button.
3. Go to "Usage Rights" and choose any one of the options "labeled for reuse", "labeled for commercial reuse", "labeled for reuse with modifications" and "labeled for commercial reuse with modifications".
4. After you choose one of the options in the above step, click "Google Search" button.

Google said the following about the new search:

Today, we're launching a feature on Image Search to help you find images that you can use for free, while respecting the wishes of artists and creators. This feature allows you to restrict your Image Search results to images that have been tagged with licenses like Creative Commons, making it easier to discover images from across the web that you can share, use and even modify. Your search will also include works that have been tagged with other licenses, like GNU Free Documentation license, or are in the public domain.

After you paste the image from Google Image Search add a link to where you got the image from in order to give credit to the person who took that picture.

Google however says it cannot guarantee the images it searches are all in the public domain, it wants the users to verify with the person who took the image to see whether the licensing information is accurate before the images are added in the website or blogs.

Other places to find "Creative Commons" images are at Everystockphoto.com and Flickr.com (there are more than 100 million photos licensed under "Creative Commons").

Google Apps Standard Edition Is Still Free

TechCrunch complained earlier that Google Apps will be eliminated soon. Google responded and said Google Standard Edition will remain free always and have added the link back to the main page.

We've heard some questions about why the link to Google Apps Standard Edition disappeared from the Enterprise Apps home page, so we wanted to share the answer. As we explored a few design changes to the page, the link to Standard Edition was inadvertently dropped, although the free version of Apps was, as always, available here. We've put the link back where it belongs so that it's easy to find.

We have no intention of eliminating Standard Edition, and we apologize for any confusion.

The demo account expires after 14 days and you don't have to use your own domain account for testing purposes, you can use a random domain name and you can add up to 10 user accounts.

A small number of features can't be used in the demo account: Postini email services, domain aliasing and phone support, but all the other options should be available. You can test the APIs, the migration tool, Google Apps Sync for Outlook, the video sharing service and other business-oriented features.

Google Apps is a great tool to have not only for organizations but also for bloggers, who have domain names. Instead of having a generic Gmail name, you can you have your own domain name with Google Apps. So you don't have to rely on domain mail servers and storage space.

YouTube Upload Size Doubles To 2GB

YouTube announced today that it will increase the file uploads from 1GB to 2GB, so users can add HD videos easily now without the need to compress the files and editing it.

Now users can upload longer videos at high resolution as well as upload HD videos directly from cameras and smartphones like iPhone 3GS.

Another major update is users can embed HD videos directly and visitors can watch the HD videos without hitting the HD button.


How to embed HD Videos in Websites and Blogs?

1. Click the customize button at the right of the embed box in the YouTube video
2. You will see options including "play in HD", click this option.
3. Copy the embed code from the box

Click the customize button (circled in the picture) to embed HD videos from YouTube.


How to share HD Videos to friends?

To share a HD video link append "&hd=1" after you copy the YouTube video link. Your contact will see a HD video directly instead of hitting the HD button in YouTube.

Gmail Labels Evolve

Gmail has revised the "Labels" feature and now adds "drag-and-drop" feature to it. We can just add label by dragging and dropping the emails or dropping the labels on messages. The Right Side Labs feature has been removed. If you have more than 30 labels, then it may be a problem. It hasn't appeared in my Gmail account, hopefully it should be available in all accounts soon.

Mozilla has hundreds of great extensions or add-ons you can use with Firefox to make your browsing experience more productive. Most of the extensions work with the new browser Firefox 3.5 but some don't.
